I am on Day 30 of nutritional ketosis of 0.8 mmol and glucose levels ranging 80-90mg depending on the time of the day/workouts. I started taking my measurements on Day 4 and was already at 0.7 mmol. I find that I feel best when the levels are closer to 1 mmol. . WHAT IS KETOSIS? Ketosis is a metabolic state at which body mimics fasting physiology and metabolizes stored or consumed fat for energy instead of glucose as the primary fuel. Ketosis happens in response to low blood glucose levels as the liver metabolizes fat and converts fatty acids into ketones (which can be measured). Nutritional Ketosis or #Keto diet provides a safer way of experiencing ketosis than the one from fasting. . . MEASUREMENTS: I used a home kit to monitor ketone and glucose levels. On Day
